AI Receptionist Performance Guarantee Agreement

This AI Receptionist Performance Guarantee Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms of the performance guarantee provided by Receptionist AI (the "Company") for the AI Receptionist service (the "Service"). By subscribing to and paying for the Service, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure your complete satisfaction and deliver tangible results for your business.

Guarantee Overview

The Company guarantees that the Service will book at least ten (10) new, appointments directly into your calendar/dashboard within the first thirty (30) calendar days following the activation of your agent (the "Guarantee Period"). These appointments must be generated through the AI Receptionist's handling of incoming calls, lead capture, qualification, and scheduling features.

Activation and Payment

Upon signing up and making the initial payment for one (1) month of the Service, your subscription will be activated, and the Guarantee Period will commence on the date of activation of the ai (usually within 7 days of payment). The Service includes a fully-managed, 24/7 AI receptionist that answers calls instantly, qualifies leads, schedules appointments, handles common questions, provides after-hours and overflow coverage, and sends call summaries for your review—all with a natural, human-like voice.

Performance Guarantee Terms

If, at the end of the Guarantee Period, the Service has not successfully booked at least ten (10) new appointments:

  • You will not be charged for any additional months of the Service until the guarantee is met (i.e., until the AI Receptionist has booked a total of ten (10) new appointments from the start of your subscription).
  • The Company will continue providing the Service at no additional cost during this extension period until the ten (10) appointment threshold is achieved.
  • No refunds will be issued for the initial month's payment, as it covers the setup, integration, and initial operation of the Service. However, this guarantee ensures you only pay ongoing fees once the promised results are delivered.

Conditions and Exclusions

To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Client must provide accurate and complete integration details for their calendar and phone systems within forty-eight (48) hours of onboarding call. The Onboarding call will be initiated by Receptionist Ai after the subscription.
  • The Client must maintain an active phone line and calendar system compatible with the Service throughout the Guarantee Period.
  • Appointments must be verifiable as "new" (i.e., from leads not previously captured or booked manually by the Client) and "qualified" based on the criteria mutually agreed upon during onboarding (e.g., lead interest, availability, and fit for services).
  • The guarantee does not apply if the Client's business experiences external factors beyond the Company's control, such as significant changes in call volume due to market conditions, legal restrictions, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
  • The Company reserves the right to audit call logs, summaries, and booking data to verify compliance and performance.

Tracking and Reporting

The Company will provide regular updates via email or DM, including call summaries, to track progress toward the guarantee. At the end of the Guarantee Period, a final report will be issued detailing the number of appointments booked.

Acceptance

By proceeding with payment and activation of the Service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Guarantee.
