By accessing or using the Website or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website or Service.
1. Description of Service
The Service is a voice AI agent designed to handle missed phone calls for small businesses. It schedules appointments, answers common questions about your business services, and interacts based on a personalized AI model trained on information you provide. The Service integrates with various booking software and CRM systems via APIs or other methods to access and update your business data.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are a small business owner or authorized representative.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you may need to create an account by providing accurate information, including company details such as FAQs, email, operating hours, scheduling software APIs, and names. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
4. User-Provided Data
You may provide data through online forms (e.g., Typeform or Google Forms) or during calls to train and personalize the AI model. You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide this data and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws. We access this data solely to provide the Service and will not sell or share it with anyone outside our team members, except as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., with service providers like GoHighLevel for integration purposes).
Ownership of your provided data remains with you. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process this data as needed to deliver the Service.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
The Service is subscription-based and processed through Stripe. Pricing details are available on the Website. All payments are non-refundable except during the 30-day money-back guarantee period, during which you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected]. After 30 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions. We may update pricing with notice.
You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and charges associated with your payments.
6. Cancellations and Terminations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, access to the Service will end at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or for any other reason, with or without notice.
7. User Obligations and Restrictions
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Not misuse the Service, including by engaging in spam, illegal activities, or overloading the system.
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Not upload or provide data that is harmful, defamatory, or infringing.
We may monitor usage to ensure compliance but are not obligated to do so.
8. Integrations and Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party booking software, CRMs, and tools (e.g., via APIs). You are responsible for ensuring compatibility and compliance with those third parties' terms. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party integrations.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI TECHNOLOGY MAY PRODUCE INACCURATE OR ERRONEOUS RESPONSES, SCHEDULE INCORRECT APPOINTMENTS, OR UPDATE CALENDARS INCORRECTLY. YOU MUST DOUBLE-CHECK ALL AI-GENERATED ACTIONS AND INFORMATION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA LOSS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Intellectual Property
We own all rights to the Service, including the AI model (except for your personalized data). You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
